"Na'amat calls on you to build your future in the world of tomorrow," was the theme of posters and advertisements distributed throughout Israel. In Na'amat-Pioneer Women vocational programs, teenage girls, like Ronit in the above picture, are encouraged to study technological courses."

Mrs. Mobutu (center) is shown taking part in a folk dance with some of the children. At left is Ziva Lahat, whose husband, Shlomo, is mayor of Tel Aviv; at right is Masha Lubelsky, secretary general of Na'amat. Na'amat's programs on behalf of children, women and young people receive major American support from Pioneer Women/Na'amat, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year.
