Original negative sleeve, which is an order form, reads, "Name: [Aurora] Order: Miss Mc [Clain] Remarks: Incredible horse." And further down "Jump." At the bottom it reads, "The United Photographic Stores, Limited. Vancouver."

Leonard Frank partnered with Orville J. Rognon to form the Commerical Photo Company between about 1918 and 1919, after he moved to Vancouver from Alberni.
