Caption removed from back of print: "6.2.93 BIGGEST MESSAGE IN THE MIDDLE EAST This 80 meter billboard, located in one of Tel Aviv's busiest junctions, is part of a massive billboard campaign that recently rocked Israel and the rest of the world. It bears the message, "Welcome King Messiah", and features a picture of the Lubavitcher Rebbe. On January 31st, Lubatvitcher Chassidim publicly acknoledged [sic] the Rebbe as the Messiah in an internationally telecast ceremony. They base this acknowledgement on the fact that he has fulfilled all the criteria for the Messiah set forth in Jewish law.
